I was charged with a felony, for aggravated battery; initially I was going to receive several years in prison. Through tactical negotiation, this firm was able to diminish my sentence to a battery misdemeanor, with a few days of S.W.A.P (The Sheriffs Work Alternative Program, community service), 1 1/3 years probation (originally two, Keith deducted that too!) and a few court fines.
